In my next lesson of visual design, I learnt about making character silhouettes as well as speed painting. Using a ready made design, I was taught about using colour and shadows in Photoshop.
And in our own time, I was set to design 3 different creatures inspired by crustaceans. I gathered myself a mood board based on not only real life sources, but fictional ones as well.
I then set myself to create these characters in Photoshop by using the tutorial that was provided for me and came up with these three designs.
